@uncleflaco the onl;y reason toyota dropped was because of the mistakes made in the American Plants …. toyota of north America was responsible for all those recalls … would figure that would happen once Americans put hands on perfection …. rate higher then German ? be realistic , half the parts in those cars are not made in the U.S so if i were you i would do a thorough research before coming up with these claims …. im not saying american cars have not stepped it up but to

@ubuntunoobz It didn’t the ZR holds the record lap for Nurburgring. Also the ZR1 beat the R8 around the Top Gear track. Open your eyes and stop getting your facts from Top Gear.

@wasp010 The ZR1’s suspension can be just as aggressive as the ZO6, but the Z06 suspension is fully mechanical whereas the ZR1 has the ‘magneto ride’ computer controlled suspension that stiffens/softens corners of the car as needed.

@ubuntunoobz That vid was a joke, it was just an audi promotion. They left the traction control on on the R8 so it looked smooth and fast, and took the traction control off of the vette to make it look headstrong and undriveable. He was purposely being unrefined with the steering and pedal input to make the car look alot worse than it actually is because he’s an arrogant brit who can’t stand to say anything american is better than anything european.

@Motosportnut A muscle car has nothing to do with horsepower, really. It’s the transition of body styles from classy to aggressive that took place from the 60’s into the 70’s. The C2 to C3 stingray corvette transition, the chevelle transition. Just overall the aggressive, ‘brutal’ look of the bodies of that time. 600 Horsepower 2010 Dodge Challenger is a sports car. 600 Horsepower 1973 Dodge Challenger is a muscle car. At least that’s how I define and classify.

I love it, every time I see a video about a European car, people always bitching moaning and groaning trying to convince the world thats the best car. They see American and bash it.

I LOVE CORVETTE ZR1! Its the best American car…you cant go wrong with a ZR1 if i had a 100K ill probably go buy a Corvette ZR1 =)
